3. The reason why we process data

We do not process special categories of personal data. We do not process biometric personal data for identification purposes.

5. Transfer to Third Parties. Cross-border transfer

For example, if you ordered paid advertising on Atazz, we transfer your data to partner sites where services are provided to advertise your goods or services. We only transfer personal data to countries that provide adequate protection. We will never share your data with spammers.

6. Atazz is an open source of data

Be responsible for the information you post on the internet. Any internet user can view your ads, reviews, and the public part of your profile by accessing Atazz. Users post their data on Atazz to connect with potential buyers (clients, employers) who are interested in transacting with them. It is strictly prohibited to process user data for any other purpose. Users cannot be contacted for offering services or copying their data to other platforms for storage or posting, as it is illegal to do so.

Upon achieving the purpose of processing or if there is no need to achieve them (if no other grounds for processing are provided by law).
Upon the detection of illegal processing, where it is impossible to ensure the lawfulness.
Upon the closure of the company.

Some legal regulations require us to retain user information for at least one year after deleting a profile.
